Peptide Dosage Calculator
Convert a prescribed amount into mL and U-100 syringe units. Enter your own numbers — nothing is pre-filled or recommended.
The formula
- Concentration = amount in vial (mcg) ÷ diluent (mL)
- Volume = amount per injection (mcg) ÷ concentration (mcg/mL)
- Syringe units = volume (mL) × 100 (U-100 syringe)
Worked example (arithmetic only): 5 mg = 5,000 mcg in a vial with 2 mL diluent → 2,500 mcg/mL. For an entered amount of 250 mcg: 250 ÷ 2,500 = 0.1 mL = 10 units.

FAQ
What does this peptide dosage calculator do?
It converts the numbers you enter — vial amount, diluent volume and amount per injection — into a volume in mL and the matching mark on a U-100 insulin syringe. It does not suggest any dose.
How many mcg are in 1 mg?
1 mg = 1,000 mcg. The calculator converts automatically when you switch units.
What is a U-100 syringe unit?
On a U-100 syringe, 100 units equal 1 mL, so 1 unit = 0.01 mL. See the syringe units guide for how to read the markings.
Is this a peptide dose calculator for any compound?
The math (amount ÷ concentration) is the same for any reconstituted powder. Whether a product or amount is appropriate is a decision for your prescriber, not this tool.
